The 10 Conditions of Love tells the story of the Uyghurs' struggle for basic human rights in China through the remarkable life of Rebiya Kadeer, a Uyghur woman working for the rights of her people at great personal cost. The documentary explores Ms. Kadeer's experience as an entrepreneur in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region/East Turkestan and a member of the National People's Political Consultative Committee, her subsequent imprisonment as a political dissident, and her forced exile in the United States since 2005.
