NED president and CEO Damon Wilson spoke on Thursday, March 3 with Svitlana Zalishchuk, a foreign policy advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, a former Member of Ukraine’s parliament and a member of the Steering Committee of the World Movement for Democracy.
